Depth of Collar Stand on different drafts

Hello,

I am redrafting to my models measurements following Rory's advice on how to input you own measurements into the draft.

The instructions say 12-11 stand (1" on a size 40).

I'm drafting to a chest 36 would the stand still be 1" or would this change?
