Ahhhh... One of those days today. I seem to be running around in circles.
Baste, tear it apart. Measure, correct. Baste. Shoot photos. Wait, research, tear apart...
I know this is a whole different line of work, compared to your average "draw, cut, sew - fits" pattern stuff. But after sewing sides and shoulders for the 3rd time in a row today, I am now through for the day!
What's funny, is that I am not unfamiliar with this kind of work. The difference is just, that I can throw away a complete virtual server and start installing or configuring from scratch - no harm done. Here I am afraid that repeating this process is going to be visible - sooner than later - resulting in having a handcrafted coat that looks like it's been through a lawn mower.
Ah well, tomorrow I'll give it another go.
Anyone else having similar issues?
