I took the plunge tonight and drafted trousers, which look to have come out fine, and waistcoat. I drafted the waistcoat based on my measurements 46” chest, 44 1/4” waist, etc, and I am a stocky guy. Very broad shouldered and barrel chested. It seems the waistcoat draft went well but as I fit the paper pattern over my body it seems to be short going over the shoulder. About 2-2 1/2” short to be more precise. I checked, double checked, and triple checked that points 1-0 were 1/3 scale and 2-1 is 3 1/4” so I can’t seem to figure out where I went wrong. Glad I haven’t cut any cloth yet as that arrives tomorrow. I will also point out that my depth of scye(not sure if that is important with waistcoat) is 11”

Hi there, I'm afraid I can't help with your question, but I'd advise you to post a picture of your draft.
