This year marks the tenth anniversary of "The making of a coat".
It was released on the blog "A suitable wardrobe" and then later on "Tuttofattoamano, the great sartorial debate".
To date it has racked up over 3 million views and was the first time anyone had done an in-depth look into how a Savile Row coat was made.
To help commemorate this event I am asking you to share with me your story. How you discovered the series, and when. If it inspired you to try tailoring for yourself or if it was the answer to some of the questions that you longed to say out loud.
However the original series assisted you I would really like to hear about it.

Your video series that you did with Andrew was definitely what brought me interested into being a tailor.
I always loved clothes, and one day it hit me that I wanted to make them. Your videos helped me realize that I didn't want to be just any clothes maker or home "sewer", you helped me realize I wanted to be a bespoke tailor.
My gratitude for you I cannot put into words. The best I can say is, thank you so much Rory for getting me stared on my tailoring career!
