It's not bad for a first effort. You should try Rory's drafting system next time. People here are getting great results from it. Your draft does seem like it needs improvement. There's something weird happening around the side seam & back... Do you have wide hips? It looks like there's some tension there.
Sleeves could be improved. I'd say they need to be wider, and the back seam needs to be shortened to get rid of some of that bunching.
Looking again, I'm thinking maybe you have prominent buttocks. That might need to be compensated for next time by adding some extra flare to the side seam at the side panel.
Thanks i see what you mean. i used a book to draft the pattern and your course for the construction. Im a bit impatient so i jumbled the steps a bit but the collar is next. I had trouble with the sleeves specifically the right one. what gave me trouble was the pitch and the ease. I think its good for the first one but im definitely using the iron a bit more next time and i might draft the sleeves after the first fitting

The construction is great, though it is lacking the lick of an iron particularly on the seams and hems. We see this a lot on here, a good coat that would be much better is you had a fuller understanding of pattern drafting. I see you skipped the collar, that’s understandable they can be quite difficult.I think it’s a great effort for the first coat and you should be proud of it.
