The trousers are fitting very well, all drag lines gone except near the top of the front waist band.
They are not tight, there is room in the waist and they are well pressed.
Any ideas on how to remove these lingering draglines before I start the finishing process?
You know I have looked at this again and it could be the front rise is a little too short. It looks more like a stress crease. As if it is pulled down. One could argue that the front rise is sitting low. But I am not one to nit pick. As a say Savile Row would be pleased to see it. Maybe on the next part try raise the front rise 1/2" and see if it is eliminated.
I would say not. My instinct tells me its the angle you have put on the fly thats causing this issue. It maybe that you've only added 5/8" but on the length of rise this has distorted the fly as seen in your images. Many Savile Row cutters would be delighted and amazed if their clients trousers came out this well.
